AI-Use Policy

1. Purpose

Adrem Technologies builds and manages AI Workforces — teams of AI agents that operate inside enterprise systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, powered by Microsoft Copilot and the Model Context Protocol (MCP). This policy sets out the principles we apply to the responsible use of AI, both on this website and in the services we deliver.

2. Human-in-the-loop by design

Our agents are built to assist and execute under human direction, not to replace human judgement. Agents draft and act within defined guardrails and escalate for approval before taking consequential actions. People remain accountable for decisions.

3. Grounded and governed

Agents act through explicit, permissioned interfaces (via MCP and the customer’s systems of record) rather than operating unchecked. Access is scoped to what each agent needs, and existing enterprise controls, approvals and audit trails apply to an agent’s actions.

4. Customer data

We handle customer data in line with our agreements and our Privacy Policy. We do not use customer or client data to train third-party foundation models, and we work within the data-protection and residency commitments agreed with each customer.

5. Accuracy and limitations

AI systems can produce incomplete or incorrect output. We design for verification — clear summaries, traceable actions and human review of material steps — and we are transparent with customers about what an agent can and cannot reliably do.

6. Security and auditability

Agent activity is logged and auditable, consistent with our ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27701 certified practices. We apply the principle of least privilege and monitor deployed agents as part of our managed service.

7. Responsible and lawful use

We build AI to support legitimate business processes and comply with applicable laws and regulations. We will not knowingly design agents to deceive, discriminate unlawfully, or act outside the authority granted by the customer.

Any AI-generated or AI-assisted content on this site is reviewed for accuracy and does not include fabricated metrics, statistics or quotations. Enquiries you submit are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
